The easiest way to enter the Ashby Santa Fun Run & Walk 2019 is to complete the online form below, ensuring that all required fields marked with a * are completed. Once you submit the form it will take you through to the payment page where you will be able to pay through PayPal with all major debit/credit cards. For multiple entries up to 6 people, we have provided additional entrant boxes to be filled in with key details. Please ensure that you select the age of each entrant correctly so that payment will be automatically calculated for you.

 

Paper entry forms are also available to download at the bottom of this page in PDF format. Once completed, forms and a cheque made payable to Ashby Castle Rotary Club will need to be sent to:

Once payment has been received you will receive an email with your entry confirmation and joining instructions. You will need to bring your confirmation email with you when you pick up your Santa suit and also on the day of the race.

 

We would recommend entering in plenty of time as we only have a limited number of places and Santa suits available. If we still have some spare places on the day of the race we may accept entries on the day but the only way to guarantee your place is to enter in advance.

 

We would like to encourage people to collect sponsorship for taking part in this event to help us to raise even more money for these fantastic causes. This year we have created a sponsor form whereby you will be able to collect sponsorship money to go directly to one or a combination of our chosen charites by simply ticking the box on the form of which charities you would like your money to go towards. Alternatively if you would like your sponsorship money to be split between all of our charities then select this option. This gives people the opportunity to run for a specific cause if they so wish.

To make it as easy as possible for people to contribute further by collecting sponsorship money, we have a number of easy ways for this to be paid to us after the event. The easiest option is to pay your sponsorship money by online payment direct in to our bank account. The details for this are below:

If you complete an online payment option for sponsorship then we would appreciate it if completed sponsor forms could be posted to Alan Edwards, 23 Brittany Avenue, Ashby LE65 2QY. This will enable us to also claim gift aid where appropriate,.

The other options are to send your completed sponsor form with a cheque payable to Ashby Castle Rotary Club to Alan Edwards, 23 Brittany Avenue, Ashby LE65 2QY. Finally, Ashby Town Council have kindly agreed to collect completed sponsorship forms and money/cheques at Legion House, South Street, Ashby. Forms can be dropped off here between the hours of 0900 - 1300 Monday to Friday.
