Your last chance to enter this years event is to visit us in Market Street, Ashby on Saturday 2nd December between 1000 and 1600. We'll be under the Rotary Club gazebo outside Boots and we'll happily register you with the completion of a simple form just come down and see us!

The easiest way to enter the Ashby Santa Fun Run & Walk 2023 is to complete the online form at the bottom of this page, completing all required fields. We only need the name and address details of the main entrant and then select the number of entries that you would like to sign up. Once you submit the form it will take you through to the payment page where you will be able to pay through PayPal with all major debit/credit cards. The payment fee will be calculated automatically.

If you wish to enter using a paper entry form instead, these are also available to download at the bottom of this page in PDF format. Once completed, forms and a cheque made payable to Ashby Castle Rotary Club will need to be sent to:

Once payment has been received you will receive an email with your entry confirmation and joining instructions. Once entered you will need to come and collect your entry numbers from our stall in Market Street on one of the 3 x Saturdays in the lead up to the event (18th, 25th November and 2nd December). Please ensure you collect the numbers for all of your party registered against your name.

We would recommend entering in plenty of time as we only have a limited number of places available. If we still have some spare places on the day of the event we may accept entries on the day but the only way to guarantee your place is to enter in advance.

We would like to encourage people to collect sponsorship for taking part in this event to help us to raise even more money for these fantastic causes. We have created a sponsor form whereby you will be able to collect sponsorship money to go to our chosen charites and where we will also be able to claim gift aid on your sponsorship if suitable.

Once you've collected your sponsorship money then we would appreciate it if completed sponsor forms could be posted to Alan Edwards, 23 Brittany Avenue, Ashby LE65 2QY. This will enable us to also claim gift aid where appropriate. Cheques should be made payable to Ashby Castle Rotary Club.

All entrants listed are medically fit to run and that entry is at entrants own risk. They understand that the organisers cannot be held responsible for any injury or illness incurred during or as a result of the 'Ashby Santa Fun Run & Walk 2023' or for any property lost, stolen or damaged.  I agree to abide by the Highway Code, the Country Code and the event rules as displayed on the website and at the venue. There will be no refund if the event is cancelled or in the event of a no show.

I understand that children under the age of 11 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the course.

Please note that this event uses public footpaths, not the road. At minor road crossings, marshals will advise when it is safe to cross but priority will be given to road traffic. The event does not have sole use of the footpaths and entrants do not have right of way and must be mindful of other users.
